This design is stitched over precut underlay fabric. Complete directions for placing and stitching the design are included. 

I designed the windmill for the Pfaff Big Hoop (90mm x 225mm.) It may also be stitched using the Pfaff large hoop (115mm x 120mm). The cardinal topper and the lower flower arrangement are stitched using the large hoop.

This design has four parts: the top, the two-part windmill and the bottom. Metallic thread is suggested for the lettering and curved top and bottom sections.

Top - 114mm x 34mm
Blades - 80mm x 81mm
Building 111mm x 60mm
Base flowers - 114mm x 30mm
